Approve retroactive renewal Memorandum of Understanding with the Community Development Commission of Mendocino County in the Amount of $0, confirming Mendocino County Family and Children's Services' continued commitment to collaborate with the Community Development Commission of Mendocino County for the issuance of Family Unification Program housing vouchers, effective March 1, 2021 to March 1, 2024; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Assistant Director/ Social Services Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Beginning March 1, 2019, the Community Development Commission of Mendocino County (CDC) was awarded $156,156 for up to 22 Family Unification Program (FUP) housing vouchers from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). FUP is a program under which Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) are provided to families for whom a lack of adequate housing is a primary factor in the imminent placement of the family's child(ren) in out-of-home care, or the delay in discharge of the child(ren) to the family from out-of-home care.
