5/25/2021: Item 4ac) Approval of Agreement with United Way of the Wine Country in the Amount of $60,000 to Provide 2-1-1 Referral Services, Effective Upon Full Execution through June 30, 2022.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
2-1-1 is the health and human services hotline that maintains an updated database and answers calls and texts 24/7. Transferring provision of 2-1-1 services to United Way of the Wine Country will allow for more comprehensive, efficient, and less expensive service delivery.
