SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
2-1-1 is the health and human services hotline that maintains an updated database and answers calls and texts 24/7. Transferring provision of 2-1-1 services to United Way of the Wine Country will allow for more comprehensive, efficient, and less expensive service delivery.

For over 50 years, United Way of the Wine Country has been working to support sustainable improvements to systems and services that benefit all residents in our shared communities. UWWC proudly serves families and individuals living and working in Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt and Del Norte counties and remains deeply committed to improving family financial stability by serving as a vital link between residents, nonprofit organizations, businesses and government leaders.
