Approve Fourth Amendment to BOS Agreement 17-131 with NaphCare Inc. in the amount of $1,252,181.16 for a new agreement total of $15,620,161.62 to administer the Jail-Based Competency Treatment (JBCT) program for inmates found to be Incompetent to Stand Trail (IST) at the Mendocino County Jail with funding from the Department of State Hospitals (DSH), effective July 1, 2021, with a new term end date of December 31, 2022; and authorize Sheriff to sign any future amendments that do not affect the maximum Agreement total; and authorize Chair to sign same
