Approve retroactive Amendment to Agreement No. MH-20-011 with Round Valley Indian Health Center in the amount of $9,000 for a new total of $17,500 for Mental Health Services Act funded programs in Round Valley through the Family Resource Center effective July 1, 2020 through a new end date of June 30, 2021 (original end date December 31, 2020); authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Assistant Director/Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Community Services and Supports (CSS) services, and Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services work to reduce risk factors for the development or severity of symptoms of mental illness. MHSA requires qualified providers of CSS services, and PEI services within certain areas of the County. Historically, contracts for these services in Mendocino County were included in the Specialty Mental Health Administrative Services Organization contract.
