SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County completed a competitive procurement process for disaster prevention, recovery, resiliency, and mitigation grant research and grant writing services. LACO Associates was selected for their experience and expertise. Under this contract, LACO Associates will research the availability of federal, state, and private grant programs to identify potential funding sources. LACO Associates will also assist in assessing disaster-related unmet needs and forming projects in addition to preparing and submitting grant applications on behalf of the County. This contract will be crucial to the County's effort to secure and leverage grant funding for disaster recovery projects next fiscal year.
