MCHC provides beds, meals, shower and laundry facilities, phone access, mail delivery, other amenities, outreach, and housing assistance to qualified individuals.
In Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21, to date, MCHC has provided a total of 3,999 bed nights of shelter, for an average of 500 occupied beds per month. In terms of showers provided to individuals experiencing homelessness, 3,380 showers have been provided, for an average of 423 per month. In regards to laundry services, 1,749 loads of laundry were washed and dried by persons using this service. Additionally, 6,521 meals have been served to persons in need, for a monthly average of 815 meals.
