RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with Tapestry Family Services in an amount up to $339,848 to allow Specialty Mental Health Services provided through Individualized Education Plans to be billed to Medi-Cal, effective October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; and approve retroactive revenue Agreement with Mendocino County Office of Education in an amount up to $339,848 to allow reimbursement to the County of the nonfederal share of services provided by Tapestry Family Services, effective October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Assistant Director/ Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign any future amendments that do not exceed the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
