SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Behavioral Health Training Center Remodel Project at 8207 East Road in Redwood Valley was awarded to Adams Commercial General Contracting (ACGC, Inc.) on March 23, 2021 in the amount of $295, 858. The work including alternates that added a fire sprinkler system and upgraded the building lighting to energy efficient LED fixtures began on March 29th. Time was added to the contract to account for the design, engineering and local Fire Authority approval of the fire sprinkler system.
