Summary of Request:
Datatude, Inc. is a group of social workers and technology experts based in Houston, Texas, who design and implement data management systems for social service agencies. This Agreement with Datatude, Inc. is for a subscription to a database specific to Mendocino County, Public Health, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) program. The database holds the documentation for the Mendocino County home visiting programs run through MCAH. All client information is contained within the database reducing paper files and usage. The database also provides information for quarterly and annual reports used to report to county, state, and national programs.
The previous Agreement with Datatude, Inc. for subscription to this database lapsed while program employees were re-assigned to COVID-19 response. The vendor is owed the subscription fees from August 2020 through June 30, 2021. The vendor does not accept credit card payments nor PayPal, and a request for a Direct Purchase Authority (DPA) was denied. In order to pay for past due services and continue new services, this Agreement is retroactive to August 1, 2020.

Return to staff for alternative handling.
