SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) released a Request for Application for the Children's Dental Disease Prevention Program (Equipment Support and Referral Management/Care Coordination Tools) on March 3, 2021, for one-time additional funding of up to $25,000 to increase the County's original Oral Health Agreement with CDPH (No. 17-10704 in the amount $835,130).
