The Board approved the original Agreement at the July 13, 2021 meeting.                     

 

Summary of Request

The original agreement was to rapidly deploy food to the most at risk and vulnerable in the community who were dependent on the Great Plates Program that was ending abruptly.  This amendment will extend the agreement end date to March 2022 and increase the food relief amount by $180,000 plus $18,000 indirect administrative cost to Community Foundation.  The additional $180,000 will be distributed to Community Foundation’s network of nonprofits and tribal partners.  The prospective partners are listed in the attached letter from Community Foundation.  This contract will be charged to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
