Approve Retroactive Amendment to Agreement 21-068 with North Coast Opportunities, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 for a new total of $35,000to continue to provide Meal and Personal Hygiene Supplies including Delivery Services during the COVID-19 Pandemic, effective January 1, 2021 through a new end date of June 30, 2022 (original end date: June 30, 2021); authorize the Public Health Director to sign future amendments that do not increase the total maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Since August 2020, North Coast Opportunities, Inc. (NCO) has been supporting the county in an effort to assist the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Health and Human Services Agency entered into an agreement with NCO on August 19, 2020 in the amount of $25,000 for the period January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021 to provide COVID-19 relief services to families requiring urgent support to address housing and food crises during the pandemic totaling $25,000.
