Summary of Request:
Melissa Nole is applying for a seat on the Local Childcare Planning Council, #15, Public Agency Representative - 3. Ms. Nole resides in Lake County, and will need a residency and voter registration waiver to serve as a Council member. She is the only full-time Child Development faculty member at Mendocino College and is uniquely qualified to represent the interests of Mendocino College in her position. Ms. Nole has been regularly attending and participating in meetings for the last six months. No other applications have been received for this position. The seat has been formally vacant since April 2, 2021, and no one has attended a meeting for this seat since April 1, 2020.

Do not waive residency and voter registration requirement.
