RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve the Agreement with Ortner Management Group (OMG) in the amount of $64,000 for FY 2016-17, for the period of July 1 - October 31, 2016, during which time OMG will provide all required specialty mental health service and billing documentation, data, reports, and deliverables to the County; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not affect the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On March 9, 2016, Ortner Management Group (OMG) notified Mendocino County that it would terminate its agreement with the County and cease providing specialty mental health services to Mendocino County residents on June 30, 2016. Under this Agreement, OMG will provide to the County, within an established four-month timeframe of July 1 through October 31, 2016, all required specialty mental health service and billing documentation, data, reports, and other information for the transition of Mendocino County's MHP, and the reconciliation and close out of the County's current Agreement #13-016 with OMG.
