Summary of Request

The City of Ukiah requests Assessor Clerk Recorder consolidate two measures; Measure Y - a sales tax increase and Measure Z - an advisory measure to go on the November 8, 2016, ballot.  All costs related to these measures will be reimbursed by the City of Ukiah.

Do not approve and allow the City of Ukiah to conduct their own election.
