SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Request for an appropriation transfer from budget EHADMIN-864360 to budget EHADMIN-864370 in the amount of $7,333.04. The transfer is being requested in order to purchase a new desk system/work station for the Environmental Health Administrative office. The "L" shaped modular desk that is currently at the location contains two (2) desk pieces that were borrowed from another department and need to be returned. The new desk system/work station will replace the current. The new desk is a "U" shaped desk system/work station that will provide more adequate work space for current employee(s). Please see the attached quote from Curry's Discount Inc. which shows the cost to purchase the new desk. There are no current plans regarding beginning or completion of the requested and budgeted structure improvements.
