2) Jacqueline Williams, Health and Human Services Agency Advisory Board, 1st District Representative;
3) Edward King, In-Home Supportive Service Advisory Board, Current or Former Provider;
4) Elizabeth Santos, In-Home Supportive Service Advisory Board, Older Adult/Dependent Adult Advocate Representative (Appointment of Ms. Santos includes a waiver of voter registration as she is not a registered voter in Mendocino County);
5) Stephen Hall, Mendocino County Planning Commission, 5th District Representative;
6) Lisa Bauer, Mendocino County Resource Conservation District, Long Term Director;
7) Tammy Moss Chandler, Partnership Health Plan of California County Commission on Medical Care, Director;
8) Carol Connerton, Russian River Cemetery District, Trustee;
9) Gary L. Mirata, Russian River Cemetery District, Trustee;

Staff has received the listed applications, verified voter status, determined the requested positions are currently vacant, and verified that the applicant fits the criteria for the requested positions. In addition, the Senior Deputy Clerk of the Board has received written support for the appointment from the individual Board/Commission and/or Supervisor for Supervisorial District positions for which applications have been received.
