Approve Agreement with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. in the amount of $67,160 to provide residential treatment services for adults in Fiscal-Year 2016-17; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., provides secure residential treatment programs and offers a broad range of services to adults requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges.  Levels of care include groups, trainings, and programs to promote the recovery of clients for independent living in the community.  The County’s goal is to transfer clients to a less restrictive residential setting as soon as they are medically able.  Basic daily rates vary depending on the level of care.  The contract limit for Fiscal Year 2016-17 is not to exceed $67,160, and the contract will run from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.  This is a fee for service contract with no minimum beds reserved.
