The petition titled “An Initiative to Regulate Medical Cannabis Cultivation, Processing, Testing, Distribution, Transportation, Delivery and Dispensing” was filed with the Mendocino County Clerk’s Office on June 20, 2016.

 

On July 7, 2016, the Registrar of Voters certified that the petition had sufficient verified signatures under Elections Code §9114 and is presenting her certification to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
