PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
This information has been conveyed to the Board since 2012, last action July 21, 2015, Item No. 2(a).

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
ARCH is a consortium whose members include community health centers, a local hospital, and the Cancer Resource Center in Mendocino County. ARCH's health centers provide the majority of primary care services in Mendocino County. In calendar year 2015, these centers provided 368,765 visits to 77,697 patients. In some communities health centers are the sole health care provider. The centers not only offer a wide variety of quality services, but also contribute to the economy by providing 692 full time jobs. National Health Center Week offers the opportunity to recognize America's health centers and their dedicated staff, board members, and all those responsible for their continued success and growth. Health centers have worked tirelessly to grow the nation's primary care infrastructure to meet the pressing needs of Americans who still lack access to primary care services.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
Return to staff for alternative handling.
