On August 4, 2015, the Board adopted Resolution No. 15-119 approving the Memorandum of Understanding between In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority Governing Board and the Service Employees International Union for the term November 1, 2011 through June 30, 2016.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Service Employees International Union Local 2015 has requested an extension of the current Memorandum of Understanding from June 30, 2016 to March 31, 2017, with no other changes to the terms and conditions.
