Approve the recurring temporary road restriction of a portion of Old River Road, County Road 201, from University Road, County Road 116B, to Ruddick-Cunningham Road, County Road 205, for the Annual Harvest Ride Fundraiser, sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of Ukiah on Sunday, September 25, 2016, and authorize and direct the Director of Transportation to issue the appropriate encroachment permit (Ukiah Area).

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Annual Harvest Ride Fundraiser, sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of Ukiah, will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016, and will recur yearly on the last Sunday of September. This year's event will require a temporary road restriction of a portion of Old River Road from University Road to Ruddick-Cunningham Road. This restriction will be from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., which includes event set-up. Both lanes will be restricted to residents only on Old River Road. The applicant will provide the necessary signs and flagger for traffic control.
