Summary of Request

Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code §5604.2(a)(5), the Behavioral Health Advisory Board (BHAB) prepares an annual report addressing issues associated with mental health in the county as well as the needs and overall performance of the County’s mental health system.  This year’s report was prepared during a time of unusual transition that included a change in BHAB leadership as well as the transition of the Adult System of Care from Ortner Management Group to Redwood Quality Management Company.
