SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The bookmobile makes stops for a minimum of twenty minutes throughout Mendocino County and parts of Sonoma County. During this time the air conditioning and heat does not work in the main cabin, which can lead to uncomfortable temperatures for patrons and staff. The library has worked extensively to determine if there is a way to run the air conditioner and heat without the use of a generator, however after much research and working with mechanics it was determined that the only option was to add a generator to the bookmobile.
