Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On May 17, 2016, the Board of Supervisors approved Ordinance Number 4356 to amend Chapter 9.31 of Title 9 of the Mendocino County Code entitled “Medical Marijuana Cultivation Regulation”.
Summary of Request:
At the Board of Supervisors direction, the Sheriff’s Office is providing an update to the Board regarding the 9.31 Medical Marijuana Program under Ordinance Number 4356. Undersheriff Johnson will provide a short presentation on the 9.31 program since its implementation on May 17, 2016.
