Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement Number (No.) 160082 in the amount of $3,000, with and accepting the Grant Deed conveying real property from Stanley J. Czyzewski, Jr., for the acquisition of rights of way needed for construction of the Rowes Creek Bridge replacement on Sherwood Road, Project Number B-1002, located on Sherwood Road, County Road (CR) 311, Milepost 5.20 (Willits Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Resolution No. 12-079 (June 22, 2012), Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved BOS Agreement No. 12-053/Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 110121 with Quincy Engineering, Inc., for civil engineering, geotechnical, and environmental services. By Resolution No. 15-059 (April 21, 2015), BOS approved an initial study/mitigated negative declaration and a mitigation monitoring and reporting program for this project under the California Environmental Quality Act requirements.
