PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On January 5, 2016 the Board of Supervisors activated the 2016 standing committees. Throughout the year the Committee has received, heard, and reported out on various referrals.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The General Government Committee has completed four referrals since January. "Referral to discuss and recommend 2016 committee meeting schedule" was heard by the Committee on February 8, 2016; and a report was given to the Board of Supervisors on February 9, 2016.
"Referral regarding policy related to formation of Municipal Advisory Committees" was heard by the Committee on February 8, 2016, March 21, 2016, and April 11, 2016; and reports were given to the Board of Supervisors on February 9, 2016, April 5, 2016, July 21, 2016, September 13, 2016, and September 20, 2016.
