D., in the Amount of $150,000, for a New Revised Agreement Amount of $200,000 to serve as Chief Psychiatrist for Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services for fiscal year 2016-17; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Health and Human Services Agency Behavioral Health and Recovery Services contracts with Dr. Garratt to provide outpatient psychiatric assessment and medication monitoring for residents of Mendocino County. This Amendment designates Dr. Garratt as Chief Psychiatrist for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, a role that provides clinical supervision and consultation to psychiatric contractors and staff related to medical services and interventions. The Amendment adds $150,000 to the original contract amount of $50,000 for a new total of $200,000 and adds on-call consultation hours. The contract will run from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
