Summary of Request

The County Clerk has been asked by Southern Humboldt Community Healthcare District (SHCHD) to conduct and consolidate a Special Election that is scheduled for Tuesday, May 2, 2017.  SHCHD will be responsible for reimbursing 100% of the election costs.  This is a shared jurisdiction, shared with Humboldt County. Humboldt County takes the lead in this division due to the population of registered voters.

Do not authorize the Assessor Clerk Recorder to conduct the Special Election.
