Adopt Resolution accepting Traffic Study Number (No.) 16-02, declare intent to establish speed zone recommended by Traffic Study No. 16-02 and authorize Chair to sign the same; and direct Department of Transportation (DOT) to prepare and submit an Ordinance establishing prima facie speed limit as presented in Traffic Study No. 16-02, and authorize and direct DOT to erect, place and maintain the appropriate traffic control devices (Caspar area).
