Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On October 18, 2016, the Board of Supervisors reviewed the revised Draft Medical Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance (10A.17), Draft Medical Cannabis Cultivation Site Zoning Regulation (20.242), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Project Description and Initial Study. On December 1, 2016, the Mendocino County Planning Commission held a public workshop for community input. On December 15, 2016 and January 19, 2017 the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed ordinances and CEQA documents. At the January 19 hearing the Planning Commission adopted a resolution making recommendations to the Board regarding the proposed ordinances and CEQA document.
