Adopt Resolution approving Amendment Number 7 to the Board of Supervisors Agreement Number 12-006/Department of Transportation Agreement Number 110103, for construction design support services with Drake Haglan and Associates for a total amount of $57,561, for the design of the Forsythe Creek Bridge replacement on Reeves Canyon Road, County Road (CR) 219, Milepost 0.46 (Redwood Valley Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 12-003, January 10, 2012, the Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized the Department of Transportation (DOT) to enter into Agreement No. 110103 with Drake Haglan and Associates (Drake) to design the replacement of the Forsythe Creek Bridge on Reeves Canyon Road (Project). By Resolution No. 16-123, September 20, 2016, the BOS authorized Amendment No. 6 to approve $20,770 for additional design and permitting costs related to right-of-way needs.

The designing engineer typically provides support services, such as reviewing submittals, interpreting plans, and providing other related services, during the construction phase of a project.
