Approve Amendment to Agreement No. SS-S16-051 with Communique Interpreting in the amount of $30,000 (for a new total of $80,000) to provide sign language interpretation services for Family and Children's Services (FCS) clients in FY 2016-17; authorize the HHSA Director or designee to sign any further amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This contract amendment provides additional funds for mandated services delivered by Communique Interpreting. Communique Interpreting provides sign language interpretation for hearing impaired FCS clients to assist them in accessing Health and Human Services Agency services related to their FCS case.
