Summary of Request

Vista Pacifica Center provides secure residential treatment programs and offers a broad range of services to adults requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Levels of care include psychological rehab support, residential and health care needs, life skills, and programs to promote the recovery of clients for independent living in the community. The goal of the program is to transfer clients to a less restrictive residential setting as soon as they are medically able. Basic daily rates for services vary from $60 to $250 depending on the provided level of care.

This first Amendment to the original Agreement will increase the amount available to the Contractor for services during FY 2016-17 by $75,000 for a new total of $125,000. This is a fee for service contract with no minimum beds reserved and the increase will allow the Contractor to provide services for more clients as needed.
