Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
Approval of BOS agreement #15-0592 on May 17, 2016, providing reimbursement for EGVM detection trapping activities.
Summary of Request:
This is a revenue agreement with CDFA that provides reimbursement for EGVM trapping activities performed by County staff. EGVM continues to be a threat to statewide agricultural operations, and CDFA continues to fund eradication efforts.
Alternative Action/Motion:
Deny approval of agreement and pay for required trapping activities with County General Fund.
