RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution allocating on-hand CDBG Program Income, authorize the submittal of the necessary documents to the State Housing and Community Development to implement the allocation, extend the grant, update supplemental activities and program income allocation; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On March 27, 2012, the Board of Supervisors authorized the submittal of an application for the 2012 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD); on January 23, 2013, the State approved the application. On March 17, 2015, the Board of Supervisors approved the County's Program Income Reuse Agreement. On June 16, 2015 the Board of Supervisors expressed interest in providing funding to the Sun House project and on September 22, 2015, allocated CDBG Program Income funding to the Sun House project. On November 3, 2015 the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution No. 15-162 allocating/reallocating 2012 CDBG funding and on-hand program income.
