PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On March 20, 2017 the Board adopted a Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule for Planning & Building Services and the Health and Human Services Agency, effective July 1, 2017. The Board of Supervisors adopted all staff recommendations except the Board decided to increase the Coastal Development Permit - Admin Minor fee by 50% of the difference between full cost recovery and the current fee amount. The Board's action increased the fee from $690 to $1,707.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Board agreed to pursue full cost recovery on all planning related fees at the March 20th meeting, with the exception being a lower rate of increase for one specific fee, Coastal Development Permit - Admin. Minor. The fee at that time was $690 and with full cost recovery would have resulted in increasing the fee to $2,768. The Board decided to increase the fee by 50% of the difference of full cost recovery and the current fee. The final approved fee was $1,707.
