Summary of Request:
The emergency permit was issued to remove dead and decaying trees approximate to the location of existing structures. Immediate action is necessary to protect the garage, residence, and overhead utilities from damage, disruption, or destruction on property located at 37800 Old Coast Hwy (APN 145-121-02). This emergency permit is effective immediately and shall become null and void at the end of sixty (60) days. Prior to expiration of this Emergency Permit, the applicant shall submit a standard Coastal Development Permit application for the work authorized by this permit.
