SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On June 20, 2017, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors directed HHSA Chief Operations Officer, Anne Molgaard, Adult and Aging Services Acting Deputy Director, Kelsey Rivera, and Housing Options Mendocino (HOME) Team staff to pursue opportunities to research, develop and propose possible solutions for concerns related to homelessness in Mendocino County.

In July 2017, the Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC), the Medi-Cal Managed Care Provider for Mendocino and 14 other California counties, issued an RFP to provide one-time support for projects that will expand access to housing (permanent and/or transitional) for Medi-Cal members enrolled with PHC.
