Summary of Request

This agreement provides tiered funding for supportive housing to approximately 9 eligible young adults per month who exited the foster care system at or after age 18. Young adults may participate for 36 cumulative months up to age 25 if they are completing secondary education (or an equivalent program) or if they are enrolled in an institution providing postsecondary education.
