Approve Agreement with Vista Pacifica Center in the amount of $132,000 for residential treatment services to Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services clients for fiscal year 2017-18; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Vista Pacifica Center, located at Jurupa Valley, California provides secure residential treatment programs and offers a broad range of services to adults requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Levels of care include psychological rehab support, residential and health care needs, life skills, and programs to promote the recovery of clients for independent living in the community. The goal of the program is to transfer clients to a less restrictive residential setting as soon as they are medically able. Basic daily rates for services vary from $60 to $150 depending on the provided level of care.
