Summary of Request:
The County Clerk has been asked by Southern Humboldt Community Healthcare District (SHCHD) to conduct an election, consolidating their election with the Consolidated District Election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. SHCHD will be responsible for reimbursement of election costs. This is a shared jurisdiction, shared with Humboldt County. Humboldt County takes the lead in this division due to the population of registered voters.
