Approve Agreement with Davis Guest Home in the amount of $110,000 to provide a residential care facility to Behavioral Health and Recovery Services clients with mental health conditions in fiscal year 2017-18; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Davis Guest Home is a residential care facility located in Modesto, California offering a broad range of services to Mendocino County BHRS adult clients. Services include psychological rehab support, life skills/education and healthcare needs. All residents placed with Davis Guest Home require a structured environment due to mental health diagnosis. The contract will run from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
