Approve Agreement with FEI.com Inc., in the amount of $58,925 to provide support and maintenance for the MendoWITS software system in fiscal year 2017-18; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

FEI.Com, Inc. is a software company located in Columbia, Maryland providing support and maintenance services for Mendocino County’s version of the Web-based Infrastructure for Treatment Services (“MendoWITS”) Electronic Health Record for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Substance Use Disorder Treatment. This includes support, and maintenance of the MendoWITS Ad-hoc Reporting service/system and various enhancements to the MendoWITS modules. These enhancements will comply with the requests from Mendocino County users and California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
