Adopt Resolution authorizing the Director of Transportation to execute Subrecipient Agreement and/or any Amendments thereto for certain state or federal funds administered by and through the Mendocino Council of Governments that are allocated to Subrecipient for varied projects and services for the term of five years from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 on behalf of Mendocino County with the Mendocino Council of Governments (County Wide); and authorize Chair to sign same.
