Approve the following appointments/reappointments: Maryellen Sheppard, Assessment Appeals Board, Member; Marc Komer, Library Advisory Board, 3rd District Representative; Michael Schaeffer, Library Advisory Board, 5th District Representative; Sandra Applegate, First 5 Mendocino, General Representative; Joni Kirvin, Laytonville Municipal Advisory Council, Member; and Michael Kura, Mendocino County Fish and Game Commission, 2nd District Representative (appointment of Mr. Kura includes a waiver of residency as he is a 1st District resident).
