Adopt Resolution approving the Parcel Map for Minor Subdivision Number 29-2005 (Thorstrom) and accepting on behalf of the Public Item (A) of the Owner’s Statement for the purposes specified thereon, located at 29601 Fort Bragg Sherwood Road; Assessor’s Parcel Number 020-440-55 (Fort Bragg Area); authorize Chair to sign same; and direct the Clerk of the Board to deliver the Parcel Map to the Recorder for processing and recording.

Summary of Request:
The Planning Commission conditionally approved the Tentative Map for Minor Subdivision Number 29-2005 (Thorstrom) on July 20, 2006. The Minor Subdivision is located approximately 2 miles east of Fort Bragg City Limits, on the south side of Fort Bragg Sherwood Road, County Road 419, located at 29601 Fort Bragg Sherwood Road, Assessor’s Parcel Number 020-440-55. The Minor Subdivision consists of Parcel One (1) (40,106 square feet), Parcel Two (2) (41904 square feet), Remainder Parcel (67,154 square feet), and Parcel A. Parcel A is a 10-foot wide right of way for public road purposes as shown as Item (A) in the Owner’s Statement on the Parcel Map. The right of way for public road is to be accepted at this time. All conditions of approval have been completed and the Parcel Map is ready for recording.

Reject the filing of the Parcel Map and reject the offer of dedication.
