Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
The Board of Supervisors changed representation of the CSAC-EIA Board of Directors on the following dates: March 2, 1999; May 2, 2000; August 1, 2000; March 9, 2004; February 8, 2005; April 17, 2007; January 26, 2010 and August 4, 2015.
Summary of Request:
According to the by-laws of the CSAC EIA, the Board of Supervisors of the Member County must designate a primary and alternate representative to the CSAC-EIA Board of Directors. The current primary representative is the Assistant Chief Executive Officer and the current alternate representative is the Risk Analyst. As the position of Assistant Chief Executive Officer is currently vacant, it is recommended that the above change in representation be approved by the Board of Supervisors effective October 18, 2017.

Designate Other County Officials as the CSAC-EIA Representatives.
