Adopt Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule for the Treasurer Tax-Collector's office, adding a Cannabis Facilities Business License fee in the amount of $100, effective December 7, 2017; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Two separate fee hearings were conducted in 2012 to address cost recovery measures; and annual fee hearing meetings were held on April 9, 2013, April 8, 2014, January 1, 2015, December 20, 2016, January 1, 2017, March 20, 2017, July 11, 2017, and September 20, 2017. The last amendment to the Schedule took effect October 12, 2017.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Pursuant to County Policy No. 47, consideration and possible approval of new/revised fee schedules are being requested for the Treasurer/Tax Collector's Office. The fee is for cannabis facilities businesses as defined in County Ordinance Chapter 6.36, Section 6.36.010, the proposed amount is $100.00. The fee will be shown in the Master Fee Schedule as Cannabis Business License. Office representatives will be in attendance to present the requested fee modification and respond to Board inquiry.
