Approve Change Order No. 3 to Board of Supervisors Agreement No. 16-001 with Interactive Resources in the amount of $53,500 for a total revised Agreement amount of $328,700 and an extension of the contract term through December 31, 2018 for additional design and engineering services for roof and HVAC equipment replacement projects; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Board of Supervisors Agreement No. 16-001 with Interactive Resources is for the design and engineering of three major roof and HVAC equipment replacement projects at the County Administration Center and the Public Health/Mental Health buildings. The first project for the Northwest portion of the Administration Center was completed in early 2017. Design was completed for the Public Health/Mental Health Building and bids were received in March of this year. The bids were over budget and department funding could not be secured for the 16-17 fiscal year; the department requested the project be split into two phases and rebid later in the year.
